What can I say, but delicious!A great way to add flavor and texture to dishes and sauces. This is not bullion, so it does not have nearly the salt content that bullion does. This also has gelatin in it, naturally, which makes it very different than using regular broth. Works very well!Was looking for a bouillon that was not full of MSG etc and this had a great review. But I wasn't expecting it all to be in one pot; I assumed it would be packaged differently. As it is, it has to be stored in the 'fridge and I'm wondering if I'll get through it all before it goes bad.I also had some arithmetic to do figuring out how much to use to 2.25 cups of liquid to make a risotto...would have been convenient if it had given that info more readily, and be aware it has a strong brown color. That doesn't bother me, I still put it in my chicken noodle soup, but it might annoy some.More Than Gourmet makes a wonderful stock that is in gel form that is great to cook with. I'm never without it!I had to give this one star because of no other option. I was extremely disappointed. I was looking forward to making chicken soup without the fuss. Only a 6 pack of the chicked was offered, not a single. After mixing it, it had no chicken flavor at all just vegetables, which would have been great had I wanted veggie flavor. I bought a Turkey flavor I also made hoping that itwould be delicious. It was not. Tasteless.The company will not accept the return of the 5 left overAdvice: If you want to give it a try only buy a single. Maybe you will get a different batch.What can I say - it has a reasonably long shelf life (especially in the fridge), wonderful true chicken flavor, and isn't a space hog like cans or fragile cartons. But the thing I actually like best about it is that you can add a little bit at a time to recipes without diluting the dish by adding more fluid. I even use it in place of salt in some recipes to jack up the flavor.I like making my own chicken stock but sometimes I haven't the time or the freezer space for the excess chicken pieces (wing tips, necks, backs, etc) that I cut off before roasting a chicken. This product has been a lifesaver many times, makes a ton of stock and I've used it for gravies too.I used to get their aseptic packages of broth, but had frequent shipping problems with some stinky, messy results. Seems the packing crews needed some training in the laws of physics. This product has made that lack of training moot. Per the company I can make as much as I need, make it as strong as I want, and the opened package is good in the fridge for months. It is great for most allergy avoidance and has made life much easier in my kitchen. So glad Amazon offers it!
