A mouth-watering traditional Southern-style seasoning with hints of sage, nutmeg, and cayenne red pepper. For pork ribs, rub on seasoning, 1-2 tsp. per pound. Add a little more halfway through cooking. For chicken use a bit less. For tasty barbecue sauce, mix 1 TB. in 1 cup tomato sauce or even ketchup.
