My two cats really enjoy this food. I will be repurchasing this to feed them.I have a 4 yr old F3 Savannah cat that I recently adopted and was given Friskies that he ate with his previous owner. When we got home from the adoption my new cat immediately found a hiding place and stayed his very mean and hostile self barricaded behind the couch. He would only come out of hiding when my family went to bed but I noticed he would not eat his food. I was concerned but I do know cats take time to adjust and a common occurrence to new housing is not eating.. I knew Friskies was not the right choice for this breed as they do require a special organic diet that was high in protein and thought that if I could find something appetizing enough, I could get him to eat. I did my research and Earthborn’s Chicken in Gravy came highly recommended and it did meet this F3’s needs. I optimistically ordered the 24 pack 5.5 oz cans and it arrived next day.. cat STILL hiding. I retrieved my delivery, I opened the box, then the can and to my surprise, OUT POPPED A HEAD... then came a pur (I had only heard hisses up until this point so I was ecstatic).. I emptied the can into the food bowl and my new cat took off toward me, knocking me to the side so he could chow down. Since Ron hadn’t eaten for a few days at this point, I did put down another can of food and it was gone as fast as the first. He never returned to his hiding place.. somehow this really good food had told my new son that I was safe and I cared about him. Now, he wakes me up first thing in the morning and waits at the pantry for me to get his food, he eats 2 cans a day and his coat is super shiny and lustrous now. His hair behind and in front of his ears were very thin, basically bald (due to stress in his previous home), it has been a little over a month and his bare patches are filling in nice with a great shine complimenting his beautiful pattern. I am going to give another flavor with a higher protein content a try, but I’m so happy to know that I will always have a winner with this food!I've been buying this brand for a long time. It used to always be around 35 to 37 dollars a case. Very reasonable for higher quality food. It went up to 54 dollars this past week. In 5 months I'm paying almost a dollar more per can. I hope the price comes down again so we can keep buying it else I'll be searching for another brand.Ben is not sure about the new texture and taste but he is eatung it after all others are gone. I like the quality ingredients and price point is right on and affordableThis chicken makes the prescription food taste much better!I always look for the best priced wet food with real meat as the first ingredient and no fillers. I’ve tried a lot of brands and this one is one I’ve stuck with due to the quality and price. The food actually looks like real meat (which many types of wet food do not…) and all 3 of my cats like it. You can see the quality!My cat loves it ! No more words needed.Update: I have been a devoted Wellness customer for years....but I just started buying Earthborn because it's more affordable. I feed my cat the Chicken Catcciatori because I like it's simple recipe...it smells and looks like real shredded chicken. Plus they do NOT add any vegetables or hidden ingredients except for potato starch. Not a huge fan of potato for cats but it is truly grain free and the can is full of chicken so that's the upside. I mix this with some freeze dried raw nuggets and my cat really likes it. He's still eating this food but i can tell he likes his wellness more. He has champagne taste lol....so Wellness may have to be on rotation as a treat? Great company and product for a great price!
