This is not our first Rodeo with many other chicken saddles or aprons. This one works well. Why is it superior let me point out .... 1. Material is flexible not too stiff chicken needs to move and not feel restricted. 2.Long enough to cover larger birds. 3. Elastic straps seem to provide more comfort than others.What do I think could be tweeked? 1. Fabric colors. Color should be similar to the bird. A flock will peck at odd colors. As sweet as your fabrics are. Often this will cause birds to single out and peck too. Other than color choices I would say you have a very effective product.?I wasn't sure how this would work with my feisty roo and his favorite hen. He had plucked her back and head nearly bald. She looked terrible and I didn't have any hope left she would grow them back without help. She has worn the saddle for a few months now and she looks great! Thank you for your great craftsmanship. It has held up so well in our crazy FL climate.Way too small. The top part doesn’t cover any of the area where her feathers need to grow back and it’s tight around her wings... she isn’t a large chicken ... are there sizes larger than large? I really can’t send it back because I had to have her wear it to see how the coverage went.Product fit my hen just perfect and with the directions, was easy to put on.
