First, delivery was awesome! Got it 2-3 days earlier than the projected date. Next, I love the smallness of this coop, I didn’t know it was smaller than my first one, but it is ~25% smaller than I initially thought it would be when I ordered it. That’s ok. I got it for a hen who doesn’t have her own place in the yard. And she is small(ish). Everything that was stated in the box was in fact in the box. Nothing missing or lost in transit. I love the asphalt rooftops over both the nesting box and the enclosure. It’s basically for the upcoming winter anyway. I recommend this coop to anyone just starting out with backyard chickens - I suspect that no more than 3-4 full grown chickens could sleep in it though. And if you are looking to house roosters taller than 1.5-2 feet tall - I’d get the next size up. But for now, I am pleased with my purchase. My fussy hen will love the fact that she has her own apartment now. It’s definitely worth the purchase price. Assembly was easy enough but definitely set aside an hour or two, and the quality of the materials is a trusted fir wood which will sustain plenty of rain and/or wind. You are guided with some of the screws already placed and starter holes for the screws you have to put in yourself. I am grateful I found this company and this unit! Thank you!
