It probably deserves 1 star because my puppy of 4 months has never ever destroyed a toy. Her rubber chicken has been beaten and chewed to a pulp for 8 weeks and....is not pulp. But Petey the Penguin, whom she ADORES, was decapitated in one day including 3 "playtime Sessions" of an hour each and playing alone with it in between the fetch playtime. PATHETIC. Glad she isn't big enough to eat the head when it came off.However.....the squeaker is the best squeaker of all squeakers on the planet. It makes my pupper go mad with joy. In a short time my girl learned it was Petey and cld Bring Petey. Why? Bc she LOVED PETEY. Snuggled, licked, chased...and loved. Sigh I want another one but i think i will just put the squeaker in another toy. I got a squeaky rubber bone for $3 when she was 8 weeks and she has chewed it like crazy, with razor baby teeth and plays with it insanely everyday and it is in great shape. So disappointed in Petey the penguin dying so fast.
