Found this gem of a cookbook while on vacation in TN. However instead of lugging it back in my luggage - I ordered it here on Amazon and got it for cheaper than the gift stores sell it for. The recipes are from all over TN and sound so good. Many of them that remind me of stuff my Grandmama would make. Some down home good Southern stick to your ribs kind of food. I love how it’s recipes from actual restaurants that I’ve eaten at/seen. A great addition to any cook’s cookbook library.
